Make A Difference Day was celebrated every fourth Saturday in October
Make A Difference Day was created in 1992 by USA Weekend magazine who organized an event each year for people to gather and share their stories about making a difference.
In 2020 their website makeadifferenceday.com announced the end of this annual event.
Shortly after that the website became mostly inactive.
None of the links supported the event anymore.
Make a Difference Day is now a phantom holiday.
