About auras:

An aura is said to be an energy field that surrounds and permeates the body, reflecting a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual state.
While the idea of auras is often associated with pseudoscience and the supernatural, many people believe that they can see and interpret these colorful halos around others.

Scientifically:

According to science, the aura is simply the electromagnetic field that surrounds all living things. This field is believed to be generated by the body’s electrical and chemical processes, and can be measured using sensitive instruments.
In simple terms, we all have an energy field around us. This can be measured in intensity, but science hasn’t confirmed any colors yet.

Paranormally:

However, in the world of pseudoscience, the aura is seen as a colorful, ethereal energy field that reveals important information about a person’s mood, personality, and health. In this view, the aura can be seen by those with special abilities, and its colors can be interpreted to determine everything from a person’s emotional state to their level of spiritual development.

When it comes to aura colors, there are many interpretations, but some of the most common include:

  • Red: Energy, excitement, passion
  • Orange: Creativity, enthusiasm, fun
  • Yellow: Intelligence, wisdom, happiness
  • Green: Healing, growth, compassion
  • Blue: Tranquility, communication, truth
  • Indigo: Intuition, perception, spiritual insight
  • Violet: Imagination, inspiration, spirituality

How to care for your aura:

To keep your aura bright and happy, there are many things you can do. You can meditate, practice self-care, and surround yourself with positive energy. You can also engage in activities that bring you joy and happiness, such as spending time in nature or enjoying your favorite hobbies.
If all else fails, get some led lights that connect to your phone and react to the music you play.
How cool is it to play your own theme song while you walk around and synchronize your aura to it?

So, how can you celebrate Aura Awareness Day?

There are many fun and lighthearted ways to do so!
You could have an aura photography booth at a party or create aura-themed art projects.

You could also have an aura-reading session with friends, or simply spend the day focusing on your own aura and finding ways to keep it bright and positive.
If you still can’t see any auras appear anywhere, try to find an app for it or just get some cool mood lights to make your own awesome aura!

Aura Awareness Day is a fun and playful way to bring attention to the concept of auras and celebrate the mysterious energy that surrounds us all.
Whatever you do, just make sure to embrace the colors that surround us all in whatever forms they might be!
