Legends say that in 1978 there was a big war going on between beef hot dogs, pork hot dogs, chicken hot dogs and the newly
arrived tofu hot dogs.
Table cloths were colored red by copiously spilled ketchup and other condiments.
The fight eventually ended with an agreement to simply use more BBQ’s, so some BBQ’s could be reserved to grill only hot dogs for certain diets.
Peace was restored. For now…
Though all hot dogs were now considered equal, the question still stands where to draw the line with the wild variety in opinions about what defines a wiener..
It’s not a dog, but it might be a sandwich!
