On International Hamburger Day, we can all agree that the best things in life are messy, cheesy, and in between two buns!
The hamburger may or may not have been invented in Hamburg.
There are rumors to confirm this, but no certain origin of putting a protein patty between bread and calling it “hamburger” have ever be convincingly confirmed to be the ultimate true story.
Apparently, nobody seems to care enough either, because the name sounds cool and as long as it tastes great.
You know, priorities.
Not to be confused with Hamburger Day which happens on both July 28 and December 28.
Or the English National Burger Day which happens on the Thursday before the UK August bank holiday on the last Monday of August.
And then there is also Double Cheeseburger Day on on September 15, (single) Cheeseburger Day on September 18 and Veggie Burger Day on June 5!
