Global Scouse day is an annual event in Liverpool celebrating one of Liverpool’s most beloved food dishes.
Scouse, or lobscouse, is a stew made basically with meat, root vegetables (potatoes and carrots), onions and any food items that needs to be cleared before it spoils.
What began as Scouse Supper among friends became Scouse Day and because of internet everyone can join the fun of Global Scouse Day in Liverpool.
(It makes sense in a technical way, just not in the location-wise way.)
