Towel Day is created as a fan-made tribute to the author Douglas Adams who wrote the radioplay, book series and later TV series and movie “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy“.
Wear a towel. Never forget your towel.
Beware that on no account should you allow a Vogon to read poetry at you!
If you also celebrate Wear the Lilac Day you can wear a lilac towel.
