The very first day of the very new year is Z-Day!
The day where we turn the Western alphabet on its head and start the year with the letter “Z”!

Sorry, Anna and Alfred and all the names that are usually on top of the name lists. Today you are not first to be called. Today we shake things up and do things differently. And maybe, starting with “Z” adds an element of surprise and excitement. Who knows what words and phrases we’ll come up with when we’re forced to think outside the A-Z box.

But, Z-Day isn’t just about reversing the alphabet, it’s also a day to celebrate all things backwards.
Some stories are pretty interesting when told backwards.
Little Red Riding Hood and her grandma save a wolf from the river and set it free in the woods.
Cinderella is a princess tired of being royalty, having balls and tired of her marriage. So she runs away and starts a simple quiet life as a cleaner helped by cute little animals.
The sleeping beauty gets so bored of her life that she develops narcolepsy until a dark fairy comes to her rescue and cures her with acupuncture.
Godzilla is about a giant reptile that helps to build up a large city and then walks off into the sea.
Ghost Busters is about 4 guys giving New York back to the ghosts.

Need more ideas to do things differently?
You can start your day with dessert, then eat dinner and end the day with breakfast!
