World Make Music Day also known as Fête de la Musique, is an yearly celebration of music first held in Paris on June 21, 1982, and has gone internationally since then. Cities that celebrate World Make Music Day allow and encourage musicians to perform in public places. This day everyone can enjoy an ubiquitous presence of live music. And musicians who would otherwise be unheard can show an interested audience what they’ve got.
